"Blondies" is a small bar just inside the ROF on the north side of Hwy 250, before you pass N Marion High School. Now GV High isn't where NM High is, but you get the location.

"Hillside Bar" and Cohen's Furniture Store is what I visualized as Tip's in "Hell Fighters" (GG#3). The bulk of the OTL building is a used furniture auction house, with the SE corner divided off for the bar. Two rooms, each about 25'x25', one with a bar, the other with a pool table. Then there's a 25'x10' room with a bunch of video poker machines. Behind the bar rooms and to the left of it is the furniture store. I visualize the furniture being used up quickly during the refugee influx and the whole area turning into a bar/restaurant with a still and a brewery out back.
